Pm: Good evening. I am paramedic (EMS nurse) Maria. What is the problem here?
FM: I called the emergency response centre (112) because I couldn’t make out what my spouse was saying.
Pm: Where is your spouse now?
FM: In the bedroom.
Pm: Anton will go and examine your spouse. I’ll ask you a few questions in the meantime.
FM: Ok. The bedroom is over there. The door is open.
Pm: What is your spouse’s name and personal identity code?
FM: Hang on. I don’t remember his identity number, I’ll get the KELA card (health insurance card). Here it is.
Pm: When did your spouse’s symptoms begin?
FM: I called immediately when they started. About fifteen minutes ago.
Pm: Is he on any medication?
FM: No, his overall health is good. Do these symptoms mean he has a stroke?
Pm: It’s too early to tell. My colleague is examining him right now and will contact the emergency care doctor to discuss follow-up treatment.
FM: Can I go and see him now?
Pm: Sure you can.
