Frida Mattson 78-year-old woman, 120342-178E.
Has visited the emergency clinic a week ago due to laboured breathing and deteriorated general state. At the emergency clinic was diagnosed with pneumonia. Because of that was trans-ferred to the central hospital.

The patient is feeling well. Her vitals are stable, but extra oxygen is needed. Supplemental oxygen is administered 1L/min. Has been administered continuously during the transportation to the hospital. No fever. The level of consciousness is normal. Moves independently
Transferred for post-acute care to ward 5. Here the purpose is to wean her off the extra oxygen and rehabilitate for discharge. Antibiotic treatment continues with tablets.
